  I am extremely disappointed- I place grocery orders with Food Lion every single week and have never experienced something this unacceptable. I placed my order at 1:00 PM today, and as of 9:42 PM, my groceries still have not been delivered. To make matters worse, the driver apparently took my groceries and never delivered them. This is beyond frustrating—it is completely unacceptable. I called customer service more than 5 times and spent an unreasonable amount of time on hold, with no one answering the phone. No follow-up, no urgency, no accountability. It feels like nobody cares. When I finally got some kind of response, I was told I would have to wait 7–10 business days for a refund. Seriously? People order groceries because they need food for their families now—not next week or two weeks from now. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete disregard for customers is shocking. No real apology, no effort to fix the issue, and no concern for the inconvenience caused. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Food Lion delivery. If this is how loyal customers are treated, something needs to change immediately.

  The customer service desk was the most horrible experience the customer service manager was very rude and disrespectful rolled her eyes at me and rudely asked how can I help you? and was on her personal phone talking and did not get off the entire time.

  I like shopping at Food Lion and this location. Most of the employees here are accommodating & friendly however yesterday there was an older man stocking meats (chicken) that purposely would not move over enough for shoppers to get a pack of chicken. He seemed annoyed. It was obvious myself & others were wanting to get to the area & he continued stocking not letting anyone by. It was rude. I ended up having to go to a different store to buy what I needed because of him. Most shoppers do not have the time to stand by waiting for employees to finish stocking when the employee can step back for just a second for us to grab what we need. Please do better.
