  The customer service desk was the most horrible experience the customer service manager was very rude and disrespectful rolled her eyes at me and rudely asked how can I help you? and was on her personal phone talking and did not get off the entire time.

  I like shopping at Food Lion and this location. Most of the employees here are accommodating & friendly however yesterday there was an older man stocking meats (chicken) that purposely would not move over enough for shoppers to get a pack of chicken. He seemed annoyed. It was obvious myself & others were wanting to get to the area & he continued stocking not letting anyone by. It was rude. I ended up having to go to a different store to buy what I needed because of him. Most shoppers do not have the time to stand by waiting for employees to finish stocking when the employee can step back for just a second for us to grab what we need. Please do better.

  This must be one of food lions , flagship stores, larger, with better selection and different products than I find in the local store closest to my home. Very impressed, many choices. And it seems to be well managed. These photos are of things of value that interest me and are also items , currently not in my local store.
