  Maybe it was due to the holiday, but the employees weren't very friendly, begrudgingly answering my questions regarding the location of certain items. And is it me, or is this store laid out differently than others in the chain? I'm sure there's a science to it, but this store seems different.

  I was purchasing some beer; my daughters were with me, and the cashier told me I couldn't purchase the beer because they were minors and it was store policy. I'm well above 21 years old. I asked to speak to the manager. She came up 10 or so minutes later, talked to the cashier, and said I couldn't buy it because I had minors with me. She didn't talk to me; she just grabbed the beer while I was speaking to her mid-sentence and marched off with it to take it back. I know it's not store policy that I can't buy alcohol because I'm with minors. I went to find her to speak to her about the issue, and she just said she refused the sale without discretion. You all lost a $150.00 sale because of how rude your customer service manager is. How is it store policy that a customer can't purchase alcohol while a minor is with them? They were my daughters. The customer service manager needs to talk to customers instead of running off, especially while a customer is talking to her respectfully and non-confrontationally. After the experience, I left the whole order in the cart and went somewhere else. I also know its not store policy!
