Extremely unprofessional staff , I have been harrassed followed and mistreated.. not to mention the homeless people at the door incompetent and rude staff .Getting groceries shouldn’t be a difficult task . All customers should be treated fairly and equally that doesn’t happen .. I have used this store for years and it’s never been this bad what has happened???? Disgusted

Best food Lion has tarts that the customers are not allowed to take out to their cars so when you have your groceries in and head out the door they lock up on you, and you have to take the bags out of the car and carry them to your car. I will never go back.

I went into the store on Saturday around 9am to purchase smoked turkey meat. I purchased smoked turkey wings. When I got home and opened up the pack, the smell was horrible and you could tell that the meat was spoiled. The appearance looked fine but the smell was horrible. I made an attempt to call the store because I was not driving back for a refund of $5; however I wanted to make the store aware so they could oil the meat. I asked to speak to the manager on Duty and was placed on hold for 8 minutes. When the call was finally transferred I stated “ I was sold spoiled meat and requested to speak to the Manger on Duty”. The woman responded while laughing in the back ground saying hellooooo, I can’t hear you hellooooo over and over. I initially thought that the connection was bad but realized it was not and the person on the other end thought it was funny. She continued to laugh and say hellooooo and eventually hung up the phone. Buyers beware, this store sells bad meat and do not seem too concerned.
