  If i could give this place zero stars I would. They obviously hire ignorant people who don’t care about food safety. Been here for a couple weeks visiting and stopped for a sweet tea one day—it was the most atrocious sour spoiled sweet tea i’ve ever tasted. I came back a couple days later to give them another chance and I’m 99% sure it’s the same batch of tea they gave me 3 days ago. just SICK. I went inside to try to trade my drink because I’m not going to pay for something sour and fermented. The lady working the counter was nothing short of incompetent and acknowledged the tea was spoiled and sour—i’m sorry what? and she didn’t offer me a different drink and when i asked about it she gave me straight attitude and was rude.

  very disappointed as a person who comes to this dunkin daily. i asked my husband to run out and get us some loaded hashbrowns saturday morning. when he came home i was appalled. my hashbrowns were cold (we live 2 min down the road), burnt and stale?? there’s little to no cheese and the bacon is clumped together. so much for “loaded hashbrowns”. only giving the review i am because my coffee order was good. as far as food you need to do better, this is far below average of my experience here.

  The breakfast sandwich was chill in some spots and Luke warm in others. I've had better from other dunkin locations. The sandwich couldve used 15 to 20 seconds longer in a microwave. I also ordered a maple doughnut and had to ask about it after i got my coffees and breakfast sandwiches. It appeared to be slow the morning I went, but I dont want to assume anything. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt which is why I gave them 4 out of 5 for service. The food suffered because of the chill spots.
