  Worst customer service experience ever. We ordered Chipotle through Uber Eats, and our driver was left waiting at the restaurant for almost an HOUR. The restaurant eventually called us and told US to cancel the order, even though at that point we weren’t even able to cancel it anymore. On top of that, they were extremely rude when speaking to us and somehow gave our food to the wrong people. Our driver was stuck in the middle of the whole situation and ended up having to mark the order as delivered because he was worried he would get in trouble or lose his job because of the restaurant’s mistake. We waited all that time, never received our food, and were treated incredibly poorly when none of this was our fault. Completely unacceptable and easily one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

  This Chipotle was unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish. My order was incorrect, and an entire meal was missing, which disrupted my plans and left me without the food I had paid for. Instead of remaking the order and providing the missing item, the employees placed a sticker on the bag and tried to give me food I had not ordered. Because the replacement was still incorrect, I had no choice but to cancel the order rather than risk receiving another inaccurate meal. When I asked for assistance, the employee at the register was rude and appeared more focused on arguing with another employee than resolving my issue. That interaction made me feel ignored and unwelcome as a customer. Obtaining a refund was also unnecessarily difficult, and the app and refund process were frustrating and inconvenient. After receiving the wrong order and missing meal, I should not have had to spend additional time and effort trying to recover my money. The restaurant’s cleanliness was equally concerning. The bathroom floors were covered in urine, and the sink was broken, making the restroom unpleasant and raising serious concerns about how employees could wash their hands properly when the sink was not functioning. This created an unsanitary environment and further reduced my confidence in the restaurant’s food-safety standards. The tables and floor are dirty. I posted the photo of these claims but they don’t seem to be showing Mistakes happen, but the combination of inaccurate food, poor customer service, an inconvenient refund process, and unsanitary conditions made this experience unacceptable. I will not be returning to Chipotle.

  The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my specific request for fatty Carnita meat. They consistently deliver exactly what I need. I prefer this Chipotle over the others.

  This is the BEST chipotle I've ever eaten at!! I swear the food was so flavorful you would think someone is back there seasoning the food with their own seasonings from home and no I wasn't just overly hungry the food was literally just that damn good lol.

  We came on BOGO day (8/20) and they were slammed!! Every employee was in such a good mood, making jokes with the customers, killing it getting the food out as fast as possible when the line was out the door. Love y’all down and please give them their props for making it through that busy shift while still keeping smiles on their faces! <3
