It seemed old and some of the pieces of rice were so hard (maybe from being old?) that I nearly chipped my tooth several times. When I was ordering, I almost begged the lady to open a new bag of tortillas because the last two (which she gave me out of a bag) looked absolutely dried out and hard. I am shocked! Isn’t this a new location? I’d rather drive further and go to another location! Smh

Knowing that chipotle has had a problem with "shaking the spoon" I go in there with my eyes, fully open , mouth silent and watching the way that they make my bowl. As I watch the young lady make the bowl, I watch her half spoon, my portions. And then shake, so I asked the manager, are they supposed to do full spoons then shake or half spoons and shake. The manager proceeded to tell me that they are supposed to do full spoons, and then shake or tap. But when I told her to do what she was supposed to do, they charged me for extra portions. I don't have a problem being charged if I asked for extra portions, if that's what I ask for but when you are shaking portions and then charging me for the right portion, I have a problem. Yesterday was the first time that I'd been to chipotle in years. And this is gonna be my last time going in a very long time... If ever again.
