  My server Tia was fantastic! I was hesitant on the chipotle lime, she convinced and it was so good on the burrito!

  Great staff.clean. Always fresh. I have been here like 10 times- great chipotle experiences every time . So many have gone down hill but this one is honestly great

  I'm rating the location a one star for a few different reasons. First and foremost, my kids ordered from this location and BOTH received food poisoning. One had a chicken bowl, the other had a steak burrito. *I'd like to note that the food was ordered via Door Dash. I called Chipotle's customer service number, probably 5 different times today trying to actually get past the robot and speak to someone directly. The customer service rep stated he couldn't do anything about it, and that would receive an email from a Customer Incident Specialist. I had replied to her twice before receiving a phone call and explicitly told her I was frustrated with how Chipotle was handling the incident and that I did not have confidence in Chipotle's process or abilities of resolving the issue. It took hours for Ariana, the Customer Incident Specialist, to reach out & when she did, she stated that the company takes these issues seriously, and then went on to tell me that there was nothing the company could do simply because it wasn't purchased directly through them. I find the lack of resolution to be on par with the company overall. My son went to the location, AFTER his symptoms began, to have a private conversation with the GM and to make him aware that the food made both him and his sister vomit within an hour. The GM was dismissive and turned my son away telling him all he could do was call his District manager. It was only at my son's request that the GM took his information. So all in all - My kids got food poisoning from this location - the GM told my son he couldn't do anything - Customer service couldn't do anything - the incident specialist couldn't do anything - but Chipotle takes these things seriously and cares about their customers. The facade is slipping. & QDOBA has always been better. Thanks for nothing. Tell the Wake County Health Department you tried your best. ****UPDATE I tried the "contact us" link whoever from chipotle posted on the review..... YOUR AI CHATBOT CLOSED OUT THE CONVERSATION!! If you get food poisoning from this location expect to be stonewalled as if YOU'RE the issue. Tell me more about how concerned you are Chipotle.

  This is my third time giving chipotle an opportunity for my business. Again, I was truly disappointed. The place was not clean again. The chips were stale again unlike other chipotle stores. My steak had a odd aftertaste to it, which I have never experienced before.

  One of the best chipotles I’ve been to from the staff and the food. We were automatically created by Tia and she was so sweet and even came up to us after we order ensuring our food was to our standards.
