  My only 2 experiences at this location and it was not good! My first visit, I ordered a plain chicken sandwich and when I got home everything was on it even though I asked not once by twice to be sure it was plain. I had to return to get my order right. I told them my fries were cold due to their mistake and they wouldn't replace my fries only the sandwich? I was NOT happy and I thought it was not acceptable and very bad customer service! My 2nd visit, I placed an order last night around 9:30pm for a chicken sandwich and cajun fries. I had an unusual long wait at the drive thru? Based on what I saw through the window, it looked like something was wrong with the system? I saw lots of young folk running around sliding cards through the machines but nobody had the courtesy to apologize to me for my wait? Whatever was going on with the system, I had already paid for my meal. Why did I have to wait and watch folks run around in chaos with NO apology? This is terrible customer service! When I got home the fries were half cold and very dry! They tasted like they had been out for a while? I will never go back to this location! You have too many young folk working the evening shift with no Manager present which is needed. Also, please retrain your staff on proper customer service etiquette! I will now take my business to Chic fi La!!!

  Bojangles has fully cooked biscuits which is better than biscuitville

  Employees are nice but there are always mistakes with my meal. I've never experienced this at other bojangles.

  This is the worst Bojangles I've ever been to .....this may be brand new but they don't know how to do anything, I have been here several times and every time I have to wait 20 minutes for my food... And there's no one in the drive through!.....I will never come to this store again!

  Everyone was really nice to me, it was super clean, all the food was delicious and fresh, except the grape tomatoes, which tasted a tiny bit strange. I really love the app and the free chicken sandwich with such a bonus!!!!!
