  I was a bit surprised in the menu differences between locations. My favorites that I have ordered elsewhere were not on the menu. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was hot and portions were decent.

  Taco Bell is always clutch. But please for the love of God tell your employees that if they’re gonna complain about the customers, at least do it in the back where no one can hear you😭

  I work in the area around this Taco Bell, recently discovered that it was here. Stopped in for lunch, excited to add something new to my rotation throughout the week. Unfortunately I’m uncertain if I’ll be coming back. I will say the location itself is clean inside and out, including the bathroom. My issues are solely with my food and service. I ordered 3 of the crispy cantina chicken tacos (my regular). I received my order quickly which was nice as I only get a 30 minute lunch break. But once I got out side and open up my meal that is when the disappointment sat in. You could tell just by looking at the tacos that they were hastily made. Sauce is all on the outsides of the shells, the cheese was not fully melted as it should be, and the meat and taco itself wasn’t even warm all the way through. Also had no napkins in my bag, normally wouldn’t be much of an issues. But with how sloppy and hasty these tacos were made napkins were very much needed. To make it even better the first taco that I opened to eat was broken in half, most of the meat loose in the wrapper (photo is included below). Unfortunately that particular taco was the only one that was warm consistently through, and the only one where the cheese was melted. Might be willing give this location another shot, so long as I don’t come down with an upset stomach. If your in the 1010/Fuqay area I’d recommend other options if you are looking a bite to eat. Overall, 2.5/5.

  This is the 3rd time we have been here. I understand its Taco Bell and 2026 so i dont expect a lot. This is the WORST service and our food has been COMPLETELY wrong every time, not even close. LAST TIME for sure!!!!!!!
