  Is this how we treat paying customers? Is this how we treat any human with the upmost disrespect? On Tuesday, I placed an order in store for a pan pizza which they estimated wait time of 10 minutes, which extended to 45 minutes which I still did not receive the pizza. Upon requesting a refund due to the delay, the supervisor communicated to an employee, ' I do not got time to come up there.’ Subsequently, when the refund was pursued by another individual, the supervisor initially stated an inability to process it. After the refund was finally processed, the supervisor made a public statement ‘since I am giving out refunds today who else wants a refund,’ accompanied by the gesture of her hands being thrown up. Her interaction raised concerns regarding customer service and the professional conduct of management.

  Ordered 2 pizzas last night. Each pie had two long dark hairs baked into the pizza.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order before dinner rush that was supposed to get to my house around 45-50 min. After an hour I tried calling the store and they refused to pick up so it sent me to the call center which were unable to help me. I tried calling the store for 30-40 min as I just wanted to know if my order was going to come or not. 2 hours after I placed my order I got the text saying your driver was on the way. I have major complaints about this store but haven't gotten a note back from my complaints to customer service. Would never order from here again, and would recommend you eat something local instead.

  Delivery driver insisted that we leave a tip and then signed for the paperwork. The person on the phone wouldn't give me their name and told me that sometimes the food just shakes around. That tells me that the driver is speeding which is against the law. We waited almost an hour. Their app did not work at all. It just kept telling me they couldn't receive my order. Also it looks like the food was opened. I would put a picture up here but I honestly can't do that because it won't let me. And also I've ordered 16 wings I have 15. Tell me that what does that mean? I would send a picture and have evidence for you, but yet this company I guess doesn't believe in that this is a disgusting store. I highly recommend not eating here 😞💔
