  Extremely disappointing experience. I waited over an hour and 30 minutes for ONE small pan pizza, and during that time my order was skipped over multiple times. I even overheard the cook acknowledge that my order had been passed over. After waiting that long, I asked for a refund and was told that they “don’t do refunds,” which was incredibly frustrating after they failed to prepare my order in a reasonable amount of time. I have since reported this location through Pizza Hut’s corporate customer service and disputed the charge with my bank. There is absolutely no reason a customer should wait an hour and a half for a small pizza while watching other orders get completed ahead of theirs, and then be refused a refund when they ask to leave. The customer service, communication, and handling of this entire situation were unacceptable. This location seriously needs to be reevaluated by management/corporate because the way it is currently being operated is ridiculous.

  Is this how we treat paying customers? Is this how we treat any human with the upmost disrespect? On Tuesday, I placed an order in store for a pan pizza which they estimated wait time of 10 minutes, which extended to 45 minutes which I still did not receive the pizza. Upon requesting a refund due to the delay, the supervisor communicated to an employee, ' I do not got time to come up there.’ Subsequently, when the refund was pursued by another individual, the supervisor initially stated an inability to process it. After the refund was finally processed, the supervisor made a public statement ‘since I am giving out refunds today who else wants a refund,’ accompanied by the gesture of her hands being thrown up. Her interaction raised concerns regarding customer service and the professional conduct of management.
