2026-08-28 Toasted Ham Melt was big and had a great flavor but was too salty. Also my drink was missing with no compensation!!

This place has turned into a cheaper version of Subway, which is amazing because I didn’t know that was possible. By cheap I mean the portions. I just paid $12 for two pieces of bread, 4 extremely thin slices of turkey, and 2 pieces of bacon. Over $12. For that. No chips no drink, just a sandwich. Absolute freaking ripoff I’d rather go to the store and buy the ingredients separately for 10% of what they charged me. Go to Jersey Mikes, they still charge almost fifteen bucks but they actually give you a real amount.
always a good choice for a sandwich in this area
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received today at Jimmy John’s!
My family and I eat here often, and today I placed an online order for everyone. My husband has a mayonnaise allergy, and I accidentally forgot to select “no mayo” on his sandwich. I had removed all of the other toppings, so I honestly thought I had also removed the mayo. Once I realized my mistake, I called the store and explained what happened.
The manager (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly kind and understanding. Without any hesitation, he offered to remake my husband’s sandwich with no issues at all. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out to me.
I truly appreciate him and the entire staff for making the situation so easy and stress-free. It’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Great food, great people, and outstanding customer service. I would absolutely recommend this Jimmy John’s to anyone looking for delicious sandwiches and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!
Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!
Where do I even start. I suppose with what was good: when they actually got my sandwich right* (sort of), it was pretty good, though frankly overpriced by a wide margin. I paid for a Giant Club Lulu, No Mayo, Add Avocado Spread. The first time they got my order wrong as it had no Avocado Spread on it, which I paid over 2 extra dollars for. I told them they forgot it, TOOK BACK THE SANDWICHES I HAD ALREADY BEEN GIVEN AND BROUGHT THEM BACK OVER THE COUNTER (which as someone who has worked in the food industry previously, is possibly a health code violation, and at least definitely hazardous to yourselves, your fellow employees, and the customers), set them aside, and then remade my order. They remade it WITH Mayo (so technically got it wrong twice) but at least the very thin amount of Avocado Spread was on my sandwich this time. Extremely thin. An extra two dollars for the suggestion of Avocado. Cool.
As usual, at least the location was relatively clean and the atmosphere was fine. But this has to be one of the worst service experiences I have had in a long time. Retrain your employees at this location. I will not be coming back until you have publicly stated you have done so. ACCEPTING FOOD FROM A CUSTOMER WHO HAS ALREADY HANDLED IT AND PLACING IT ANYWHERE NEAR PREPARATION AREAS IS A HUGE HEALTH HAZARD.
