  The beef and cheddar was cold! The Gyro was stale, and dry! Very disappointing!

  Cheesecake meal was pricey and awfully full of grizzle. Every bite had a hunk to spit out. Never again !

  This afternoon, 7 June, 2026, my wife and I were headed home from RDU. She wanted Arby's so we stopped. We were greeted very kindly by the young man behind the counter, Shawn. He was very courteous and helpful. Placed our order and he even brought it to the table which was quite nice and unexpected. EVERYTHING we ordered was hot, fresh and quite delicious. the other person we encountered was Tahnee. She too was very kind and courteous. We made sure both of them knew our thoughts on the food and service. The dining room was clean, the tables were clean, along with the restroom facilities. NO issues whatsoever. This was probably one of the very nicest Arby's we'd been to in a very long time. Very nice to speak with these two and let them know we appreciated them.
