  Just left and there was an employee with the cooler door open, sitting on the ice. Not for a quick moment.. she legit pulled up and copped a squat. I don’t care if there’s plastic and cloth separating skin and product, that’s disgusting. You would think that management would’ve said something but the girl told the manager “Make sure you fix my time, Grandpa” and he just laughed. This Food Lion is doing the least in customer service, cleanliness, stock availability, and staffing. Self checkout cashiers need to be more observant when at that station; they cause delays due to conversation when someone’s waiting for an ID check. Driving the few extra miles to Youngsville is worth it to avoid the cringe and frustration.
