Even called the store to make sure they knew it would be an hour before I could pick it up and they still made it as soon as the order came in.

My wife placed our order online at 6:30 and Domino's Tracker said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived a few minutes before that and was told that it was Friday night, they were busy, and that the Tracker is not accurate. They said the order would be ready in about 40 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes after the order was placed it was finally ready. This was after I waited over an hour. As I paid, I said that I can see that they're busy, but was quite frustrated that our order took an hour longer than the Tracker estimated. I was reminded that they were busy and asked if I was paying by cash or card... I wasn't even offered a discount for a future order. I guess that's acceptable as I won't be going back.

Every now and the there was a order error however over the last several months everything we order something the entire order is screwed up. I had a coupon on file for free pizza and wings because last time I spoke with a manger on duty because the screw up from before was being fixed. Now that same night the pizza was screwed up and wings as well given an 8 count wings that were practically raw and the pizza was missing g half the topping along with no sauce. I called and spoke with manager on duty he apologized and said he would put it in for a coupon and that was his error because he had taken my order and that I would have a free pizza and wings on file. I call tonight got transferred to 3 different people and 1 was Spencer and another was a manger i think Anthony and the 1st person knew nothing thats all they kept saying was "I don't know" when asked a question about several things, then Spencer said he saw nothing then he transferred me to the manager which I waited on hold for over 10 minutes I was told I had to be transferred to the managers office. The manager said there is nothing on file and there is nothing we are going to do about it. No apologies no nothing. In fact when he picked up the phone the last time I said hello and they said oh she hung up she hung up don't worry about it it doesn't matter. I kept saying over and over I did not hang up then they finally spoke. I'm not sure if management switched I know employees are not the same because last time the gentleman told me the order was messed up with toppings because it was a lot of new employees...I am done with this domino's they are rude, they don't apologize and they don't care if they keep customers. Because I said I will not be coming back if customer service is going to be like this and he said great. And the manager didn't even get my name or information to try and look anything up. Do not go they will mess your order up repeatedly and not do anything about it. I wish I could give 0 stars.
