    Ordered crispy chicken sandwich at drive thru. Worst sandwich ever. The chicken was so dry and tough. It was like shoe leather. Could not eat it. Looked like it had been refried several times. Would have taken it back if lived closer.

    Didn't have arbys sauce or the sauce for French dip and Swiss .. they said they had limited amount of roast beef ... Kind of part of being arbys is having the meats... Disappointed spent right at 40$ for some bland dry meat with no flavor no sauce drinks where flat

    They did not communicate to each other when I ordered. I had to repeat my request to 2 different people before they gave me what I requested.
