  Friday night 6/26/26 I went to get 3 dinners at Arby’s #6663 st 15 Allman Dr Franklin NC 28734 I went to go inside and the door was locked I could see the staff behind the counter I got in the car drove to the drive thru sat there for a couple minutes pulled up to the window and the the young man asked me if he could help me I said tried to get in the store but the door was locked he yelled to someone why is the door locked he said can I help you I told him I had a coupon and wanted to get 3 classic Roast Beef meals and he said sorry we are out of roast beef I said really this is not the first time I went there and they were out of roast beef you have one job and that’s to sell roast beef.

  This location should close down or be under new management! You can go by this location any given day and try to order something and they say they’re out of everything you try to order unless it’s something basic. They make you wait at the drive-thru speaker forever even when no one’s at the location. I sat at the speaker for upwards of 10 minutes one day when there was not a se in the drive-thru nor inside 0 cars in the parking lot! Terrible service, great food just terrible rude people working this location! Will not return.

  I’d give no stars if I could. Drive thru-I ordered 2 ham and swiss not 2 turkey and swiss, plus I was missing fries. I called to talk to anyone but since y’all have not set up a voicemail I couldn’t do that. I’m not driving back into town to wait for the rest of my order. I get it-mistakes happen but this is the like 5th time at this restaurant so I feel like it’s time for something to be said. Thanks for trying though.

  We have tried this arby's 3 times now, and each time we are disappointed. Every time we go in there, the Roast Beef sandwiches aren't good. Today I ordered one and it came with very hard meat, almost dry and not hot at all. Also the dining area is always dirty.The floors need cleaning badly. This will be the last time we give Aby's a try here

  My mouth was watering thinking of a Arby's Roast Beef sandwich. I Had to Have One! Those potato cakes and curly fries were dancing mind. Management of this restaurant is bad enough that it will likely soon fail and close. Employees have no clear mission and lack motivation. That indicates they are unsupervised and poorly paid. The irony of paying your employees less to save money is that you'll soon go out of business. We Pulled up to the speaker about 8:55 pm on Friday evening. Someone said may I take your order? I began to order and they asked me to wait a minute. A car pulled in behind me. Another car pulled up behind that one. One car was at the window awaiting their food. Eleven minutes passed. One of the cars behind us drove away. Then the other was gone. We pulled away from the speaker and looked into the window. We saw no one. There was one person in the car still at the window. The employees were over 11 minutes into that one man's order. What were they doing? Three cars with multiple people in each drove away without ordering. That was approximately $80 to $100 in sales lost in about 10 minutes. Stupid to bleed revenue like this. FURTHERMORE; WHY are there 4 out of 14 meals "Temporarily Out of Stock?" (See photo) The Out of Stock stickers on the menu are clearly weather worn, so the Temporary condition is very questionable. We left and went to Chick Fil A and I couldn't satisfy my longing for Roast Beef...
