- KKKimberly KahouacheApr 20, 20262.0This McDonald's has the worst customer service! The drive thru line is extremely slow no matter what day or time you visit. The kids working the window are rude! Often times the kids working the window don't speak or acknowledge you at all because they are busy talking and laughing with other employees. They hand you your food not even making eye contact and looking over their shoulders at other employees. It takes zero effort to smile or greet the customer. I even heard one girl working the window making fun of the older gentleman that was in the vehicle in front of me that they had pulled up waiting at the front window. These kids have absolutely no respect or customer service skills. The inside dining area is always dirty and looks like they never sweep or wipe down the tables. The only time you get acknowledged at the drive thru window is when the older employees are working them.
