I went in wanting to order a quesadilla, but was told they only make kids’ quesadillas in-store and that I had to order a regular quesadilla online. So I stepped out, placed the order online, and got back in line—only to be told their online ordering system was down. It ended up being a complete waste of time, and they could have simply taken my order from the start instead of sending me through that process. On top of that, I ordered two bowls at the serving line. The employee making them (she wasn’t wearing a name tag) came across as rude and made me feel rushed the entire time. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. I understand systems go down, but better communication and a more customer-friendly attitude would have made a big difference. I hope management addresses both the ordering process and the level of customer service.

Fast service. If every Chipotle was run like this they would be killing it as a Corporation. Very well done to the employees and management.
