  This has been one of my favorites since moved to the area and go here basically everyday for something lol . The *cashiers* are for the most part amazing here and have never had any problems with them ! But my feelings shifted today when I needed to get some things. Something was out of stock that I needed more off and I proceeded to check out /pay and then go to customer service so I didnt expect them to check me out , or take but a few moments of their time but I wasnt sure if id be able to make it to them tomorrow or if they would get it back in stock by the time the sale ended ( tomorrow ) so I just wanted to grab a raincheck since it was on sale . I have done this once or twice before as typically anything I have needed has been in stock but anyways I proceeded to go to customer service and waited patiently, kept waiting and waiting ( I figured their lines had gotten pretty full so I figured at some point someone would address me ) as I hear people in the office laughing and talking . About 5/6 minutes later someone finally addressed me and grabbed someone that could help from the office. Well , I believe her name was Sandra ( assistant customer service something ) approached the desk and had the look on her face like I was bothering the crap out of her and if she didnt have to come out she wouldnt have and just stood there . So I said hi I just bought a item and need more but there isnt anymore may I get a raincheck please and told her the item. No words were uttered what so ever from her like seriously nothing and she did what she needed and gave it to me . Now any other time or anyone else that has ever needed one or deal with customer service they and you typically talk during the process. She didnt even say anything when was finished she just extended her arm and held it there for me to grab it . Now typically they will either ask how many or at least do 3 for the product but for some reason she wasnt in the mood to talk and just gave the number she thought was good which okay whatever thats beside the point . But I Was a little thrown back as I was very nice and patient and where my confusion/question comes in is if I was nice and patient and I got treated like I was a bother when I am a paying customer and just spent a decent amount before i went to the desk and almost everyday then how many others are too ? And Why are you working in a grocery store at customer service if you dont want to deal with the public / people ? I am hoping for some odd reason maybe I just happened to catch her in a bad mood which doesnt make to much sense cuz she was 1 of the ones in the office laughing before she was told I was standing there and had to stop talking and come out but okay. I have done customer service for many years and I understand sometimes you dont want to deal with people or sometimes you just are not having a good day but thats where the skill of customer service skills come in and when you walk through those work doors it should be separated. I shouldn't feel like I shouldn't go up to customer service because otherwise you get treated crazy . I shouldn't have to not want to go to customer service for a service foodlion provides or debate if its worth it or not. Professionalism is learning to separate your problems from work and customers shouldn't feel your bad attitude or your bad mood.

  When you leave off over half of my order, then I come back to pick up the rest at the absolutely least, you can apologize for the inconvenience.
