  I wasn't satisfied yesterday. I wanted the 3 piece two thigh and a leg. They substituted for 3 legs and my fiance ordered 2 piece breast and thigh, he got breast and a wing. I should have checked it before I left because I paid full price for lesser meat pieces, had I known, I would have cancelled and went to KFC!

  My husband and I ordered our meal at the drive-thru at the Bojangles in Forest City, North Carolina at 9:00pm. This restaurant closes at 10:00pm after we ordered via the AI ordering system a human told us through the intercom that the restaurant was out of chicken. For a restaurant that primarily serves chicken to be out of chicken an hour before closing is unacceptable. I don’t believe for a second that they were out of chicken they just weren’t going to cook it. For this restaurant to spend all that money for an artificial intelligence operator you would think they would actually have the food to serve its customers. Customer service is a thing of the past.

  We have been waiting 25 minutes for our food and they just left half of it on the counter getting cold and we still don’t have 2 of our meals. We are a pretty easy going family but this if beyond rough. I have never been to a worse Bojangles in my life and we frequent enough to know the customer service differences. There need to be some changes here. The problem I have is there was no resolution to try and make the situation better. We ended up leaving and never received 2 of our meals for our kids. We asked for a refund which they did give us for the 2 meals and now we are having to travel to another restaurant to buy our kids lunch. Im not sure they were ever going to get it to us.

  Breakfast was really good this morning. Last time I was here it sucked had to wait even after making a online order and my biscuit was harder than a hockey puck.
