I eat here all the time and I've never had this problem, but when I called to tell them about the issue I get asked wow 3:15 and you are just opening the food 😒. Then the manager gets on the phone and is like when did you order this,.. why is it so hard to understand that I came into the restaurant ordered the food and its not edible..she says if I have my receipt I can get a refund.. I don't have the receipt so what I just lost $18! I just wanted a remake of the bowl
