  For a new restaurant was very disappointed! This was my first time eating at a chipotle. Staff were not friendly or helpful at all! Floors and table were nasty! Trash was overflowing lemonades were almost empty. I always see commercials about fresh and hot food, well everything looked old and was cold. One girl working the line actually huffed when she heard someone walking in the door. Not sure we will be back! Very disappointed!!

  The place was filthy,,food was all dried up look like it had been sitting for days..Trash running out of trash cans,,Help was running around texting on their phones.. Didn't look like they even wanted to be there..Very disappointed with this being a new location,,had dried up food laying all over the serving area..

  I paid $18 for 3 small tacos and a small side of guac & stale chips. The area with the utensils and beverages was a mess and there were no napkins. I went back to the counter to ask for napkins and the woman just motioned to the beverage area. I told her there were no napkins in the dispenser. She then took ALL of the napkins from the dispenser at the drive through and handed them all to me. I went back to the beverage area and put them there…I guess I’m an employee now. 😆 I won’t be back, because if I’m going to pay $20 for a few tacos, I’d rather go to an independently owned local Mexican restaurant. Not surprised that this shiny new location had only 3 customers during the Friday night dinner rush.

  This location just opened recently and I was excited to give it a try. During my visit, there were only two employees working and it wasn’t very busy. Despite one person in line, service was very slow. Even so, the tables and floors were dirty, the trash cans were full, and the drink station was running low. The self-serve condiment and utensil area was also not well stocked. For a new location, the overall cleanliness and upkeep didn’t match what I expected.

  The manager is obviously really competent and devoted to excellence here. Saw her temping all the ready to eat food and being avaliable for employees to ask questions about correct pricing. The food was better than any Chipotle I have ever had, clearly prepared with care and good training. The juice drinks were also at the proper temp. Everything was very fresh. The employees were very attentive and had good customer service skills. Easy to remember restroom passcode. This location is exceptional. Performance raises I hope reflect this!
