- ASAva SJun 24, 20261.0Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience, especially since it's so new. The food was not fresh and the glass case covering the food selection was filthy. There did not appear to be any manager guiding the two young kids working. I went ahead and placed an order against my better judgment. Brought it home, took one bite and threw it out. I did not want to get sick.

When we first walked in, there appeared to be only one employee who was slowly making another patron's food. After a while, it seemed like 3-4 employees came out of the back altogether without any sense that there were customers waiting or that they had any work to do. We saw someone get queso on their food, but the consistency of the queso looked more like day-old potato soup. They were out of multiple things—including honey-lime chicken and cilantro-lime sauce. While we were ordering, one employee made it clear that there were no gloves available to use for raw food handling. As my burrito was being made, shredded cheese was put on there that had multiple other toppings that had been dropped into the cheese. Thankfully, the employee took them out. They were also completely out of aguas frescas. The counter and tables had trash on them.

I paid extra for guacamole and I’ve never been served something so spoiled. When I told the restaurant their response was simply “thanks for letting us know”
