  “I’ve been ordering the same meal from Wingstop for the past five or six days, but today, when I placed my order around 11:15 or 11:30, something went wrong. The first Dasher claimed they didn’t receive the order, even though I had a confirmation and a receipt. I called DoorDash to clarify, and they said it was unusual—they see that I order from this merchant frequently, but this was the first time I had this issue. Despite that, the Dasher canceled the order, and a second Dasher was sent, but they ran into the same problem—they didn’t get the order either. I suspect the issue is that my order was given to someone else who wasn’t paying attention, and when a second Dasher arrived close to closing time, they didn’t want to fulfill it. This is really unprofessional—the store should be prepared for last-minute orders, especially since they know their closing time. It’s no surprise their rating is only 2.7 out of 5

  I have visited this particular Wingstop 3 times, 2 out of 3 times were seamless and extraordinary, due to Miss Alicia assisting me with my order. Not only was her customer service extraordinary, but she was beyond patient with me and just overall very helpful. 10/10, if Alicia is at work, your order/food/service will be something to rave about. In My opinion, she is truly an asset to this location. Keep her!! Treat her WELL, as she deserves it!! Thank you, Alicia, for making my Wingstop experience seamless and enjoyable.

  Tried to order online and wouldn’t place order kept timing out. Should have taken this as a sign not to order. Ended up going into location to place the order. Service was friendly and polite. After waiting about 20 minutes I retrieved my food. The fries as usual very good. That’s the only thing that was cooked correctly. About a third of my 40 pieces of chicken are uncooked completely. Yes raw chicken. My wife got sick. Vomit was just one of the ways the chicken reappeared. Won’t be back to this location. Just to update since the owner sent a link to make it right. Link went to a survey. Nothing else was done. So much for customer service.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. This is the second time I have had this issue. During this visit, I specifically told the cashier not to mix my fries because it happened before, but unfortunately, my order still contained a mix of fresh and old fries. The wings were also extremely salty, which made them difficult to enjoy. I expected better quality and consistency, especially after bringing up the issue beforehand. I hope management takes steps to improve food freshness and pays closer attention to customer requests.

  I love Wingstop. The employees are great. Friendly, polite and amazing attitudes. The Louisiana rub is my favorite.
