- BPBrandon PurvisMay 7, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. There were at least five employees working when I came in, yet most of them were just standing around while customers waited. An older gentleman came in with another worker who didn’t speak English very well, and they were told they had to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter. The staff completely refused to take front counter orders, even though they were actively taking orders in the drive-thru at the same time. It felt lazy and unprofessional, especially considering not everyone is comfortable using the kiosk or speaks English fluently. Customer service has definitely gone downhill here.

- JPJhaNyriah PetersonFeb 23, 20261.0my nacho fries was extremely cold and my supreme dip wasn’t made right and was missing the chips that came with it i went up there to get it remade one of the employees said “ it’s not our problem “ then they was avoiding getting the manager when the manager comes up she’s extremely rude and act like she hates her job i worked in fast food before and how i see it “ make it right so the customer can be satisfied and go home ” but everybody doesn’t have my mindset

Oh my goodness. I asked for sauce and got zero..stopped in parking lot and returned inside. Dining room dirty and no one, no other customers were there.
