- WLWilliam Lee1 day ago1.0I’ve been coming to Taco Bell for a long time. I always I was good to me, but the past five weeks now the steamer has been down and that is ridiculous. Maintenance should be on top of things and getting things fixed right away. It’ll be a while for me to come back to that place. Hope they can get their stuff together.

- SMSamantha MillerAug 26, 20261.0I visited this location this evening and attempted to place an order through the drive-thru after the app would not process my order. I was informed that the steamer was broken and several items were unavailable. After trying to order about five different items, I finally asked what they could prepare and was told tacos and burritos. By that point, I was frustrated and said the situation was “pissing me off.” At the window, the employee asked what I had said, so I repeated it and explained my frustration. She responded, “I wouldn’t say that to someone preparing my food.” I asked if she was suggesting that someone would spit in my food. She then said they did not have to serve me and ultimately refused my order. I understand that equipment breaks, but the employee’s comment about someone preparing my food was completely inappropriate and concerning. I visit this location regularly because it is close to my home, and this was the worst experience I have ever had there. I ended up driving to the Taco Bell on North Main Street, where I was able to order the food I originally wanted without any issues.
