  Orders 2 boxes got everything but the soft tacos I switched for the hard tacos. Also paid extra for avacodo sauce and they didnt put it in the bag and no napkins

  I waited in a long drive-thru line, finally ordered my food, it was finally my turn to go to the window and I was told to wait before pulling up to the window. After waiting even longer, I pulled up anyway because I had already been there long enough. The young lady at the window at 7:07pm July 31st, told me, “I asked you to wait. I was trying to get the timer to reset, and then I was going to give you your food.” As a customer, I honestly don’t care about the drive-thru timer—I care about getting my order in a reasonable amount of time. It shouldn’t feel like customers are being asked to wait just to improve store metrics. I would have completed the survey on the receipt instead of leaving a public review, but I wasn’t given a receipt. I’m only leaving this review because this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Management should look into fixing the drive-thru timing system or the process, because it’s creating a frustrating experience for customers. And my food was cold.

  Went here today waiting on my door dash order and the manager or whomever she is said we busy and door dash is last what the heck will never come here again she was horrible she needs a class in customer service
