  Brandon made be the best sushi that I have ever had--cherry flavored with lime and grape flavor added. He did it just right!

  I personally have no complaints. Sometimes food takes a bit longer , but it's mostly because at times it's understaffed. But still a great service.

  My boyfriend placed a mobile order at around 3 at this location, and we waited 30 minutes before having to drive around to let someone know we had been waiting for a long time. Mind you, this was a pretty normal sized order for just 2 people. When we spoke to one of the guys working, all he said was that the slushy machine was down (we both ordered slushies) and gave no explanation for why our food hadn’t even come out. Why not just come out to explain that to us upon arriving? We asked to just get regular fountain drinks instead, pulled into another spot, and then proceeded to wait 10 extra minutes with nothing being brought out. Another worker came outside with another cars food and we told her that we were waiting for 40 minutes now and gave her the name of the mobile order. She said that it looked like it had just finished being made and would bring it right out. Another 5-10 minutes passed and we STILL did not get our order. I’m not sure if this was just a bad day at this Sonic or if the team specifically wasn’t the best, but a little bit of communication at the very beginning would have gone a long way! We ended up leaving and going somewhere else and the order being canceled on Sonic’s end anyway… my boyfriend typically has no issues at this location when he goes but this was ridiculous. Waiting over 40 minutes for an order should never happen to anybody and especially not at a fast food restaurant. Sonic, please do better.

  Was my pregnant wife’s late night craving, hardly ever eat out, the one time we do we get whatever this burnt stuff is, bun was stale as heck. Pretty sure I’ve seen fresher food in the trash, pls give me my money back
