I ordered a burger and a hot dog forty-five minutes in advance and when I got there, on time, they hadn’t started making anything. Then, when they finally gave me my food, they forgot my drinks (it was a sprite and a Dr. Pepper so not rocket science). After I left I discovered they took all the toppings off I wanted but they gave me the wrong burger and no sauce. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this branch.

Doordash ordering is a hit or miss, they never give me a spoon with my sonic blast, they always give me an oversized bag for the food which is wasteful, and my last sonic blast didn't have any cover tape on it

Have been here multiple times and have never had our order taken properly doesn't matter if its drive thru, stalls, or an online order. Items are either missing, made incorrectly, or not even put onto the order after having to clarify with the cashier multiple times.

Went at 9 am this morning. No one in the drive through ahead of me. Not a single car in the parking spots. Sat at the order screen for 5 minutes until I figured they might be closed. Saw a man taking out the trash and drove up to ask him if they were. He was very polite and said they were open and seemed concerned no one was taking orders at the drive up. Drove back around to be asked "what do you want?". The female voice then corrected me on the pronunciation of a sandwich during my order, after multiple "is that it?"'s. I swear she had an attitude more suitable for the dmv or possibly a tow/repo yard. Maybe scrap metal recyling. Maybe meps.. Customer service, Fayetteville monrings, not so much. Got my order, checked it at my destination, lo and behold my brioche sandwich isn't in the bag. Thanks Fayetteville. You never cease to amaze me.
