  Aubrey makes this place what it is. Our whole homeschool group of over 10+ families is SO sad that she's leaving! The owner/manager has to figure out a way to keep her! She has the most amazing attitude, she helps us with anything we might need & she always makes sure we are taken care of! Anyone else at the establishment always has an attitude, acts like they hate the job & like we are annoying them for ordering or needing something else. If Aubrey doesn't stay & the service continues like it was before she was here this summer. We will have to find somewhere else to go with our business because we cannot deal with the hateful customer service we've gotten from others at this place. A playground is always clean when she's here. The tables are always wiped down. It's not that way before she got here. We need her or at least with her heart for people!

  Pulled up to order in the drive thru waited 20 min one car ahead of us getting there food, no response at the intercom. We Left disappointed.

  Very kid-friendly place. They had yellow jackets nesting somewhere though. I would recommend a pest control service to fix that. The food came out quick and just like we asked for. Only concern was that their lettuce came from Taylor Farms considering that cyclosporiasis outbreak that's going around. Just be mindful of that. Other than that, someone was smoking pot in the parking lot. It came from a car, just not sure who but it's definitely not the right type of place to do that considering the kids. Burgers could use a bit more salt.

  Apparently this location does not participate in any of the weekly Sonic promotions. I visited with my kids this last Wednesday and a young man rung my order up. When he delivered the food I asked about the Wacky Pack Wednesday kids meal that we typically get. He told me verbatim ‘I have never heard of Wacky Pack Wednesday in my life’. I said sir we typically come here and get it on Wednesday’s, he looks at me and walked off - all honesty. I had to call him back just to get my receipt. He had no regard for what I was saying, he didn’t even take the time to verify anything. His customer service was so terrible, I won’t be spending another dime at Sonic.
