- RWRobert WynnOct 2, 20265.0We love this place. I lived in Kentucky, this was one of our main favorite places. We move here and no Qdoba. Heart broke. Now, they are here i Fayetteville and we are very happy they are here. We walk in and it's like you walk in to a friend's home and the manager Shannon is there to greet and welcome you. The food, atmosphere, and service always perfect. Don't over look this awesome place to eat.
- AWAmanda WynnOct 2, 20265.0We eat here all the time and we enjoy the entire staff EVERYTIME. The food is always on point but if it wasnt, they would make it right. Shannon is the epitome of how every person in customer service should be. The skibo location is always our favorite and I've been eating qdoba for many many years. Keep up the good work

- TFThe Hawley FamilySep 8, 20265.0Absolutely ❤️ Here’s a polished Google review that still sounds warm and genuine: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time here, and I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked through the door, Shannon ❤️ immediately acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. She was extremely attentive, patient, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her while trying to figure out what I wanted. Since it was my first time, she took the time to carefully explain the menu, answer my questions, and even suggest different items for me to try. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated! The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh, and my overall customer experience was 1000%! I will absolutely be returning. Shannon ❤️, thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and help. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference, and you definitely made my first experience a memorable one. Management, please recognize this woman—she deserves a raise! 👏🏽❤️
