  The sign literally says “dine in”. So we went in with our 3 kids thinking this was your typical Pizza Hut restaurant with booths, the fireplace, waiters ect and oh my god it was not. Walked in to it being an empty broken down restaurant. Our shows were sticking to the carpet. A dirty vacuum from the 50’s sitting next a dirty table where I guess you could sit and eat if you wanted. It was the only table with 2 chairs in there. It was so filthy everywhere. It smelled like dirt in there. The girl at the register said they didn’t have straws for cups but if I wanted straws for my kids drinks she could get them out her glove box!!! LOL my husband and I said what in the actual eff didn’t we just walk into and we abruptly left and went elsewhere. What happened to Pizza Hut? The ones in Maryland are so nice, family friendly, CLEAN, you’re able to dine in, around a fire. We walked into a 3rd world country at this location. I couldn’t believe they are allowed to be operational looking the way it did. Those floors and carpet haven’t been washed in years I bet. The odor, the dirt, the vacuum what in the actual hell LOL. Somebody please tell me where a good dine in Pizza Hut is in the state of NC!

  I get lunch from this place almost daily. Shawn and Bryson always give me excellent customer service. They are always kind and personable. So, I just wanted to give a shout out to them specifically! Thank you guys!!! Fran L.

  I wanted to write a review in response to another review I saw from rico glover which I’m assuming is another business owner who caters from this Pizza Hut. I am a tattoo artist and I have had this Pizza Hut many of times as catering for flash events. Every time it has been wonderful the foods been great, managers always helpful and always on time. As a business owner it should be understandable that if you don’t pay you won’t receive the item. We have never had any issues and if we didn’t pay I wouldn’t expect them to give us the food in hopes that we’d pay them later. I just want to say that this place always does right as long as you do them right.

  I didn’t open until I got to my guests. Pizza “wasn’t hot” (had to be in warming area) and as you can see it was burnt on one side. I guess they decided to give me what was left over. This was embarrassing for my guests or I may not have posted. Check your food or shop elsewhere.

  We can't judge the food because we walked in the place looked very gross smelled like mold and was just filthy we would not recommend taking your family
