  This was my first time trying a Pizza Hut in over a year, but since I was on Bragg Blvd, I gave it a try for lunch. It was a good buffet experience thanks to Katie (front desk, waitress and table cleaner). She is very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. She said if you call prior to them opening at 1100 for the buffet to eat in, if you let them know, they will have the type of pizza you like on the bar first thing, if you are arriving at there opening time. I have never heard of that before, but it's a good customer service point. She was still able to get the type of pizza I like on the bar about 10 minutes after I arrived. Awesome!

  Wasted my lunch break waiting on pizza waitress was just making excuses for staff i left her a tip because its not her fault but its the last chance ill never eat at this location again..... sad

  As someone who grew up with the Pizza Huts of the 90s, let me tell you that this specific Pizza Hut had the full vibe and it radiated all the way to the crust. We were visiting family out of town and when I said I would order some pizzas and asked where they suggested, I was moderately concerned when they said Pizza Hut. But, I downloaded the app and placed my order. Upon arrival, I walked in and was shocked to see a salad bar (I think it is only open at lunch but I didn’t realize Pizza Hut had those anymore). Then realized there was a birthday party going on plus additional booths filled with people enjoying their dinner. I looked around and felt like I had stepped into the twilight zone and it was a Friday night and I had just hit my accelerated reader goal and was going to get me free personal pan pizza. The people were nice, the food was ready as expected and the I tried it. It was perfect. Not too greasy, not too many toppings, that perfect garlic crust. It’s been two weeks and I’m still thinking about it. This past weekend we tried to recreate the Pizza Hut experience in the Columbia area, SC - 100% not the same. I might not be a full Pizza Hit convert but this specific Pizza Hut in Fayetteville - we will definitely be back!

  Customer service was great! We helped ourselves to the buffet. It's pretty small, yet, everything was fresh. They had your pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage, supreme, and pasta to choose from. The price point was great as well.
