  I visited Pizza Hut and placed an order for two Personal Pan Pizzas and an order of wings. When I received my order through the drive-thru, the pizzas appeared to have been carelessly prepared, with the sausage, pepperoni, and other toppings falling off and scattered across the pizza. I politely requested that the pizzas be remade due to their condition. When I raised my concern, I was asked what was wrong with the pizzas. Because I was dissatisfied with both the quality of the food and the response I received, I requested a refund. However, I was informed that a refund could not be provided. In addition, my order was not prepared as requested. One pizza was ordered with extra sauce and extra pepperoni, while the second pizza was ordered with extra sauce, extra pepperoni, and extra sausage. Neither pizza appeared to have the extra sauce that was requested. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $1.00 for a side of sauce, despite not receiving the extra sauce that was supposed to be included on the pizzas. This lack of attention to the order details, combined with the poor quality of the food and customer service, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect food to be prepared and presented properly, and I also expect concerns to be addressed professionally. Unfortunately, my experience at this location did not meet those expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Pizza Hut location to others. The level of customer service and professionalism displayed was disappointing and left a negative impression. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed by higher management and would like an appropriate resolution to be provided. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

  We visited the Pizza Hut on Bragg Blvd for the lunch buffet, and it was a great experience! The new staff member, Kate, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable and provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. One tip Kate shared was to call about 10 minutes before arriving for the lunch buffet so you can request the pizzas your family likes. That way they’re fresh, hot, and customized to your preferences when you get there—a great touch that we really appreciated. If you’re looking for an affordable and easy lunch outing with the kids this summer, I highly recommend it. My 9 and 12-year-old had a great time and absolutely loved the buffet. Staff members like Kate are what make dining out a genuinely enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕😊

  This was my first time trying a Pizza Hut in over a year, but since I was on Bragg Blvd, I gave it a try for lunch. It was a good buffet experience thanks to Katie (front desk, waitress and table cleaner). She is very professional, friendly, helpful and informative. She said if you call prior to them opening at 1100 for the buffet to eat in, if you let them know, they will have the type of pizza you like on the bar first thing, if you are arriving at there opening time. I have never heard of that before, but it's a good customer service point. She was still able to get the type of pizza I like on the bar about 10 minutes after I arrived. Awesome!
