  My dear humans reading this. I UNDERSTAND fast food is stressful but when you come at the customers with a tone early in the morning and im tryna make u feel better and know ur special cause I know you dont wanna be up at 5 a.m etc etc to flip sausage patties or whatever and I say thank you and have a nice day and u wanna ignore people and slam the window in people's faces...sorry u hate ur job but some of us just wanna make u feel valued. But WHATEVER.

  I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no onions and no pickles and when I get to my next job site I Open my burgers to find them plain with just ketchup after having to pull around and wait for the burgers to be made

  As of 4/18/26 this McDonalds is serving food cooked in old fryer oil because their “maintenance man” did not come in to do the weekly oil change. The food served from this oil smells burnt and foul, and is also covered in soot. They then proceeded to give me incorrect change, choosing to round down from .99 for .95, which is not how penny rounding is meant to work. The employees could barely explain anything to me and were inattentive throughout the entire process. Absolutely foul food to serve to people and feel absolutely 0 guilt for doing so.

  Since my last time I came on April 3rd to now, this McDonalds runs two lanes but doesn’t service the right lane and their drive thru service is absolutely horrible. They don’t deserve the one star either. Their wait time is ridiculous to order. They don’t acknowledge you until after a couple of minutes then they take your order and you still have to wait for over 20 minutes for your food AT THE DRIVE THRU. Today I went to the right lane and 5 cars ordered and I still was not acknowledged by an employee. I ended up leaving and will not return to this location. I hope this is brought up to someone’s attention to make a change to improve the service at this location.
