  I was doordashing at this location and the manager told me I am not allowed to purchase from there while I'm door dashing. That really upset me because I don't have an issue with purchasing from any other restaurants while I'm dashing including other McDonald's. I got here and had been waiting on my order reminder that hit that my order was ready for pickup but I'm still waiting on it and I walk to my car to get money come back in and my order still isn't ready so I say I would like to place an order before my dash order is ready I say this twice and was ignored and the manager was putting the order together and it's like she started closing it faster before I could get some assistance, then brings me my order and says can you confirm it I say yes I'll confirm it but I would like to place my order first because y'all put my order was ready and I was standing here still waiting for it and when I asked for assistance your staff and you included act like you couldn't hear me and that's when she proceeds to say well my general manager told me that dashers are not allowed to purchase while their dashing which is ridiculous! Y'all I was only trying to by a drink one of the speciality drinks. That's it that's all and she wanted to fuss with me and not let me purchase so for any Dasher just know McDonald's on Ramsey will not let you purchase if your dashing or maybe it was just that manager.

  Workers were laughing and playing in the back, they noticed us multiple times even a manager did. Still no one attended us.

  took too long see people at the counter and don’t attend to them. lots of laughing in the kitchen no work being done.

  Got my food from the pick up window, just to get home and the syrup was dripping in the bag, no utensils, 1 napkins when I had 3 platters. Please just pack carefully next time. Customer service is always great in the morning to me.

  Waiting multiple minutes at D/T for person to finally come on to say "wait a minute"...I said ok...but after more than a couple of minutes the car to my right pulled up and started their order When i said hello they repeated "i said wait a minute ..." I left !
