  Shitty food,shitty service. Want to know more? First of all I am a paying customer and not on your payroll to elaborate further. Read the damned reviews ,they aren't all glowing. Y'all have some serious issues at this store. This isn't rocket science,get your shit together. I for one will not be patronizing this store again. And your stock response that you are sorry that my expectations were not met,hell I'm 70 years old and been a paying customer for decades ,enjoying the very high standards that you used to promote. Who has changed here? Stop with this gaslighting.

  Order from this location if you dont want your order to be accurate! The past couple times we have been missing drinks and my childs happy meal. Its been brought to my attention doordash is handed the orders so its not their fault. Good luck on someone answering the phone at this location because it just rings and hangs up on you.

  Argumentative employees. Won’t repeat the order when asked. Just respond “I got it all”. One employee appears to be coming to work drunk and almost caused a collision in the parking lot, hitting the curb, backing in towards on coming traffic and yelling at customers while walking in. I try to avoid stopping here even for coffee.

  Honestly worst experience I ever had at McDonald’s. This is my local McDonald’s and the lack of employees during night shift is beyond dangerous. Prepare yourself to sit in line for over an hour with only two cars in front of you and still have cold food. Honestly, the worst McDonald’s in Fayetteville right now since of emergencies out the window and quality is a 50-50 chance. Definitely need to get higher-ups to fix these problems been my third week back to back same time with same results just very sad.
