  Went to jimmy jones on Ramsey st at 2:24 got two meals mines was good sandwich had enough chicken on it but my daughter turkey sandwich barely had any turkey it was more bread than turkey more lettuce than turkey so I went back to ask if she could remake the sandwich she told me no in a very nasty rude way no good customer service at all so I asked for a refund and she rudely said no again honestly my feelings was very hurt because I spent my hard earn working money to a business with no class or hospitality no concern what so ever all they want is your money they don’t care if the customer satisfied or anything her name is SHWETA And same for they guy that’s making the food no good customer service let’s not forget my daughter only took one small bite SHWETA lied and said the sandwiche is half eating and I took a whole sandwich in their why would I bring back a half eating sandwich I should’ve took a picture but I was so made because how I was treated I wasn’t thinking

  - they falsely lists sides; they NEVER have the 2 pasta side options even though they have it listed & their fountain drinks are always low syrup

  AVOID AVOID AVOID — where do I start..?? NO gloves, NO hairnet, bread sitting out in the open uncovered. I realized all of this as I was speaking to them about my unsatisfactory order. I ordered a Beach sub and an Ultimate Italian, that’s it. You can’t see the sandwiches before you pay because the register and pickup station area on opposite sides and they wrap the sandwich before you can see it. I unwrapped my Togo order right there and this is what I got, barely any meat and just a lot of cheese. They refused to provide more meat or remedy the situation. See the subs here for yourself! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER JIMMY JOHNS AFTER THIS! Strongly Suggest you go elsewhere too! Hmm Maybe that’s why they only had 1 patron in it, during lunchtime.

  I love coming to this location. The staff is always so friendly and I never have any issues with my order. Most of the time I order in the app for pickup and it’s always ready by the time I get there. And when I do decide to go in, it is always so clean!

  I came to this location for almost a year every Tuesday, always greeted by the same amazing couple who always make the best sandwiches and always in an amazing mood. This is best jimmy johns location on the planet. Can not change my mind!
