  Completely messed up my simple cupcake order by putting their own creative spin on it. Then told me no one was there to fix it… All I needed was pink frosting on some cupcakes so I could take it home and decorate it into a FNAF cupcake. All I needed was 1 color, pink cupcakes. Simple and easy. I ordered petal pink. They made it with pink and white frosting, more white than pink even AND added gold sprinkles to it for whatever reason. Thank God Harris Teeter across the street saved me. Went over, asked for plain pink cupcakes to be made right then because I was late now due to the situation. Harris Teeter was like yea ofc and had it made in 5 minutes.

  It is a pleasure to do here for several reasons. Yes, they have great prices that I validate against other grocers nearby. The store is super clean. I mean all the time that the store is super clean when I visit. The employees are always helpful and courteous. I use the Food Lion app to shop and schedule for pick up. The app works great with no issues. It's a great store and highly recommend.

  Foodlion Go order. Did a 8-9 am pickup and when arrived at 815 the app says ready and coming out to your car. After awhile I walked in and they said we don’t start to 9. Asked then why is 8-9 an option and not 9-10 then. She stated ohhhh that just makes sure your first whenever they get here at 9 to Start doing the orders. IF YOUR NOT GOING TO START TO 9 THE. YOU NEED TO TAKE OFF 8 ON THE PICKUP TIME!!!’ Never coming back and letting everyone know this !!!! UPDATE- Tried cancel order and they stated we can’t until 9. Asked why a manager can’t ? They asked why I wanted to cancel and said….. it states pickup is 8-9. It’s 830 and you don’t start until after 9. Then Foodlion needs to remove 8am as an option. Lady asked when I did order and said a day ago. She said it’s been ready and went and got my order. THANK YOU YOUNG LADY. I know it’s not your fault and is corporate. Thank you

  I was in town visiting family this week and haven't shopped at Food Lion since they were closed almost 15 years ago in my state (Florida). This particular store is so much better than what I remember the stores were like! Stocked shelves, clean, great selection, and prices reasonable especially the BOGOs. Wish there was one near me again.
