I got some soda which was 8.99 each for a 12 pack which is sort of ridiculous because at Walmart its 24 pack for 11$. But it is what it is. This store is good if you quietly go and get only what is needed instead of going to a store like Walmart to explore and browse too. I prefer this store because it's right next to my home. Id go again. Ill have to give it 4 stars. Not good enough for 5.

From the moment I got to the register, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly kind throughout my entire checkout experience. My husband uses a motorised shopping cart, and upon getting to her lane she immediately came around and grabbed the items from the cart and put them on the conveyor belt. she was talking to us and making jokes the entire time! we didn’t know anything about MVP so she put hers on for us, and helped us download the app so we could get our own on our phone! after she finished, she loaded everything back up for us. it was a nice change of pace, especially since most of the employees don’t smile, or even greet us. so seeing someone so kind and going above and beyond for us was amazing! Next time we come through Food lion, we are definitely going to her if we see her!
