  Went in this morning to deli dept and they had no one to help then a lady at front told me she didn't know when they came in so no one could help me I was wanting to order a cake .... the lady was on her cell phone more than wanting to help me. So I left and Harris Teeter helped me up the street

  Krystal at check out Sunday May 23rd was so rude. Won't even speak and when you try she has a nasty attitude. Employees like this and shelves not being stocked are why I stopped coming here. Note 2 self

  I went into Food Lion about 10 minutes before closing just to quickly grab milk and juice for my son. Since I was using a WIC card, I couldn’t use self checkout, so I asked an employee named Max if someone could ring me up. His response was, “I can take you right here, but you’re going to have to wait until I finish sweeping.”I said okay and stood there while he continued sweeping around me instead of helping me first. What really bothered me was that when another customer approached, he immediately threw down the broom and came around the counter to ring them up.I understand stores close and employees want to finish their tasks, but customers should still be treated respectfully, especially when it’s a quick purchase for essentials. The interaction came across as rude and dismissive, and it left a bad impression.
