I visited the store on Wednesday, 5/20/26. It was super hot a d I had left my invalid husband and my dog in the car. When I got ready to check out, Kristi (who works at the store) asked me why I left my husband in the car. She said it was too hot for him to be out there and to tell him next time to come inside...he could sit and wait on the cool. I told Kristi my dog was in the car. I asked her (and Jenny who was checking me out) if they had any water for me to give to my dog. Kristi and Jenny got a big cup of water for me. When I exited the store, with cart in one hand and cup of water in the other...the cup of water was jostling and spilling. Next thing I know, Je NY is at my side saying "let me help you with that". She saw from inside the store what I was going through. Jenny took the water, gave some to my dog, then loaded all my groceries into my trunk. This brought me to tears, formy husband couldn't help and I have mobility issues myself. My husband and I are both senior citizens. I know I have written ot, but when you have outstanding customer care, it needs to be shard. From Kristy and Jenny at the front end, to Kamisha, to Brad the meat department Manger, to the ladies in the deli, to everyone at this location...they are simply awesome. This why this location is MY STORE!
