  Josh, the store manager is rude to customers & his staff. He shifts the atmosphere whenever he is there. He walks around the store like a raging lunatic. He's not friendly/poor customer service. I've been a biweekly customer over 10 years.

  I don’t understand if you don’t want to work in customer service with a smile and a friendly attitude quit your job. It don’t make no sense what 2026 has come to like you are rude everyone here I have to go across town to go to a grocery store.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know if it’s the store specifically or what happened but I made a delivery order yesterday. I live on base. The driver wasn’t able to get on the base so I was understanding I called and they were gonna have it sent back out cool. Long story short the next driver is able to deliver my items. Everything goes great except for the main point of me doing the delivery. I needed dog food. That wasn’t in stock. Well, the order has been finalized now and instead of getting charged the appropriate amount that was less than the original hold I was charged a higher amount. Do not order for delivery here through the app unless you want to get charged for things you’re not receiving and not get help when you call and ask why you’re being charged. Items are expensive enough as it is we don’t need grocery stores trying to make a couple extra dollars for free.

  Customer service employee lady was rude, and had a attitude, and when I was shopping around all the employees were staring at me like I was up to no good when I was just trying to buy some Bayer Asprin for my aunt, and the customer service lady was talking to me with an Attitude when I kept my cool and spoke back to her with respect and when I asked her where the Bayer was she got annoyed and said she didn’t know where anything was, truly a disgusting person and I most likely won’t be coming back.
