Ordered the promotion buy one get one online and went to the store to pick up. We waited over a hour to get a 15 dollar burger. The place was packed but the A team wasn’t working for this deal. We ended up leaving because it was over a hour waiting with no food. The staff had no supervision or direction. The person that was putting burgers together on the table was the slowest worker you could possibly hire. The lady in the glasses was overwhelmed and needs some customer service training like before she got hired. I will never go back to a five guys. 1 star is not deserving here.
