    The crew who are working at this facility - the whole team is not well trained. They make massive messes and are very slow. it's kind of shocking I used to go to Dutch Bros frequently in Texas but these guys are having major troubles. The food and all is good but it took almost like 30 minutes for it to be completed for a single small drink and then people that were behind me none of them decided to wait at all - I mean as soon as I went out (when I got my order) every single one of them went out cuz they weren't going to wait. The team is sweet and kind but they need to have a better trainer or someone who can teach them to be more coordinated and efficient. They almost forgot a part of my order - it took 5 minutes for anyone to notice I was still there. I know they are swamped but realistically nobody is going to wait 30 min or more for a drink. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business if some kind of intervention is not done. Besides that I hope they improve would suck if they fall off I prefer this actual coffee to Starbucks

    We went 8/8 I ordered a medium stardust rebel (energy) for me and a medium supernova fizz with popping boba for my kids to share. I asked twice to make sure it was the stardust that had the energy since the supernova was going to a 5 and 7 year old. Unfortunately they did mixed up the drinks and the supernova did have energy. So kids were left with a drink flavor they didn’t want and left without their popping boba.

    My first trip too this location !!! Ari was so patient with me and my brother !!! She explained everything too a T with confidence ... i don't know the other young lady that was in the window , I mentioned how great Ari was && she was a breath of fresh air also !!! You don't find that now a days ... hope you beautiful ladies are there every time we come back !!!

    I never heard of Dutch brothers. I’ve never seen one in NYC. Been living in Fayetteville for 5 yrs. I decided to try them out on their opening day and let’s just say , I’m a regular now. I love the golden eagle iced coffee and the hot version. The banana bread slice is the bomb. I’m literally on my way there now.

    Today was my first visit, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. I was having a particularly difficult morning after recently losing my son, but Miss Eden’s kindness and cheerful attitude truly brightened my day. Even at 5:00 in the morning, she greeted everyone with a smile and such positive energy. She was incredibly thoughtful and even gave me a discount for a free drink, which meant more to me than she probably realizes. There was no wait at all, and both my drink and food were absolutely delicious. It’s rare to receive such genuine customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the care I was shown. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Miss Eden, for making such a difficult day a little easier.
