- SSSue4 days ago5.0Had about 20 or 30 people who came in at the same time as well as multiple online orders, but staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. Whenever customers came back with an issue, it was rapidly addressed. They handled a lot of orders very effectively even when most people would become overwhelmed.

The cashier working the front counter had a major attitude. After 15 mins. I left the store without placing an order. I plan to purchase 2 dozen donuts for an event. I refuse to pay for terrible service. I will never patronize their business not ever.

I order ahead and its still a 10 min wait to even get to the speaker with one car in front of me and no one else in front of that car. Then im stuck because my order is already paid for. I usually place a mobile order and the workers act like they can’t understand my name and they have a bad attitude at the window. The girl made my drink wrong this morning and when I asked for them to remake it she looked at me like I was crazy. Don’t want to remake the drinks then take the “don’t love your drink? we’ll remake it for you” sticker off. Don’t like people? Quit your job in customer service.

Also all the employees were just standing around. I stood in front of the donut case for about 2 minutes and nobody greeted me. (2 people standing around on their phones). After a few minutes I noticed a kiosk to order from. I don’t understand why nobody ever directed me to order from it. The kiosk wasn’t updated with the current specialty donuts. After I placed my order the kiosk asked me for a tip!! Why would I give a tip for good service when the employees literally did nothing, couldn’t even say “welcome to Duncan”? The store was clean and the donuts were ok at best. The employees did literally the minimum they could do without being fired in my opinion. I won’t be returning to this location.
