  I worked for Domino’s for many, many years, and one thing we were always taught was that customer service comes first. Unfortunately, that standard is not being met at the Grays Creek location. The behavior I experienced was rude, dismissive, and honestly disgusting. All I was trying to do was cancel my order, something that should have been simple. Instead, I was repeatedly hung up on and not even given the opportunity to speak or resolve the issue. Because of their actions, I’m now stuck waiting on an order I tried to cancel, which is incredibly frustrating. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no basic respect shown. This is not how customers should be treated, and it’s disappointing to see a company I once worked for and respected fall short like this. Management seriously needs to step in and address the lack of training and customer service at this location.

  Placed an order at 7:11 and 2 hours later still didn’t receive pizza. Called the location twice. They said it was on the way. Still didn’t receive my ONE pizza and salad. They refused to give a refund after I already fed my kids. Will not order again.

  It was nasty out due to snow. I ordered delivery and they were extremely short handed and very apologetic. The pizza was amazing. That $20 tip was worth every penny. Thank you. You were very polite from the start even though customers were not being very friendly.

  All the employees have been very polite and helpful, but this Domino's nails it every time on anything I order! Which means I probably do at least three orders a week now from here because it's only 2 mi away

  Not sure how hard it is to ensure sauces are handed to customers who pay extra for them….. We constantly are missing sauces from this place and it’s so irritating. We ordered 32 bread bites which come with sauce…. No sauce. Paid extra for sauce on the side…. No sauce. I guess my bad for not reminding my son to double check that y’all did your jobs before bringing dinner home to the family for me….. Over it. Will either DOUBLE CHECK y’all’s work in the future or just stop ordering from here all together. I’ll wait until my migraine holes away to decide.
