Unfortunately, that standard is not being met at the Grays Creek location. The behavior I experienced was rude, dismissive, and honestly disgusting. All I was trying to do was cancel my order, something that should have been simple. Instead, I was repeatedly hung up on and not even given the opportunity to speak or resolve the issue. Because of their actions, I’m now stuck waiting on an order I tried to cancel, which is incredibly frustrating. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no basic respect shown. This is not how customers should be treated, and it’s disappointing to see a company I once worked for and respected fall short like this. Management seriously needs to step in and address the lack of training and customer service at this location.

I guess my bad for not reminding my son to double check that y’all did your jobs before bringing dinner home to the family for me….. Over it. Will either DOUBLE CHECK y’all’s work in the future or just stop ordering from here all together. I’ll wait until my migraine holes away to decide.
