- ASAnais SJun 4, 20261.0We placed an online order and went to pick it up, asked for a marinara sauce and the woman working the front had no idea what she was doing, the girl working in the back had to come up to the front to try and help her twice and then she still couldn’t figure out how to ring us up for a singular marinara sauce, after standing there for five minutes I was about to just tell her nvm because it was ridiculous at that point. The lady in the back came up to the front again and told us to just have it because the girl couldn’t figure it out, don’t know what was going on. We then get home and open up our pizza and the pizza we were given was not even our pizza. We had to go back and the worker say “im assuming you want it remade?” well yeah we paid for a pizza we didn’t get?? then we waited another 15 minutes for it to be remade. By the time we even got home again with the correct pizza our other food we got from the order was cold. Really need to train their employees better with customer service and not make an employee work the front that can’t even ring up a sauce and makes customers stand there for 5 minutes with people behind in line waiting.

Waited for an over hour to pick up pizzas and then they were wrong. Should have just walked away and left the pizza. Won’t be back. Plus the card machine wasn’t working and they couldn’t cash out $100 bill so I had to find a convenient store to get change. Cold food and very bad experience
