I ordered extravaganza and Philly Cheese steak. Our driver arrives and hands me a receipt for 22.72 and says I owe her 22.22. I attempt to speak to the manager JAMAL at Domino's Pizza Open · Closes 12 AM · 596 N Reilly Rd 3 # 3 I have been in customer service for 29 years and I have never been told “Mamn if you want the pizza you will need to give her cash and that is all I can tell you. When I attempted to offer a screenshot and where the money was taken out of my account. He said mam I don’t care we don’t have the money so that’s it. Then I called back and he answered the phone, I asked who his manager was. He said he is off today and tomorrow. I said give me the name, he told me Jason. I asked him if he was telling the truth and he said I DONT KNOW!!!! Of course all calls are recorded and I need for them to be played back. I will be talking to the Owner and not JAMALS manager. Also here it the funny part about it all the receipt is 22.22. My total was 25.86.i looked in the box and we didn’t even have the right pizza WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I asked for contact info for manager or higher up they said they didn’t have one and good night and hung up on me worst dominos EVER!!! AND I LOVE DOMINOS JUST NOT THIS LOCATION sad!!!! .. IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP AND COLD FOOD THIS IS THE SPOT FOR YOU NEVER AGAIN

- CMC MadJan 18, 20261.0So we do not normally order from Dominos. We got our delivery tonight and the driver, basically slammed our order at the door and left. The pizza boxes were not sealed in any way whatsoever- which, is a sanitation/safety thing that I have a huge issue with. We didn’t eat this pizza because I have no clue if it had not been tampered with. I called the store and some guy, when asked if this is normal, he said, “no dominos don’t do stuff like that” - meaning, they don’t seal their boxes. This will be the last time I order from them.
