  The first issue is that when trying to place an order at this location online it did not allow for us to order a quesadilla, which would be no problem if the following incidents did not happen. Upon walking in, I noticed there was only one person working the whole front from making the orders to topping the orders to pay for the orders. There were four people in front of us, and through this experience, the line reached to the end of the door. I when it was my turn to place an order it was for me and my two daughters who were standing their present. I informed the cashier or the front end worker that we were attempting to order a quesadilla and it would not allow us on the online system. The cashier didn’t acknowledge the issue. When I asked again about the online license is not working and she was like there’s no way for us to make quesadillas at this location so I stated is the quesadilla machine broken is that why it’s not letting us order she said no it’s on the taco side and you should place your order online. I informed her again that we started out online and the quesadilla option was grayed out. The cashier then opted for a children’s quesadilla for my teenage daughter who is 57 120 pounds. I informed her that my daughter was not a kid and that that quesadilla will not fill her up. She said I can make you two kids quesadillas, but I’m gonna charge you for two kids meals and I asked her if she can make it equivalent to the regular quesadilla and we would just pay for a quesadilla she declined. She went on to ask what else do we want? I asked to speak to a supervisor at first she stated was no supervisor in the store another gentleman did come up and he was very kind and he offered to help her so she left and he continued to do our order. He asked if we want the kids quesadilla I said well I would like to speak to a supervisor he went and got the Manager, whose name I was informed was Kishan When the manager came over, he asked what the issue was. I informed him of everything that had happened since that the manager said unfortunately we’re slammed. I can’t help you I stated how is that customer service and the managers then condescendingly asked if I should make everybody and drive-through weight while he personally made my daughter‘s quesadilla I asked him for the time that it took us to go back-and-forth. Multiple people had come in the line had reached the door. The back-and-forth was not customer service and in that time the quesadilla could’ve been made at that point he said thank you. I’m sorry and walked back over to his area. I continue my daughter order her bowl. I ordered my bowl the gentleman who was very very nice at the front counter at that point made my daughter two quesadillas, and then the Manager came over, taking condiment items from the regular side and taking them to the drive-through side which he informed me throughout our back-and-forth that that was not allowed so when I mentioned it, he became very loud and we basically argued in the store in front of multiple of your customers and then that’s when I said it’s fine. I will write a Google review and hopefully get their appropriate people involved. While checking out the girl that we initially started with was ringing our food up. She asked if we wanted the kids items to go with the quesadilla. I stated if I am getting two kids meals we would like both items to go with it at that point quiche came up and said that you can get a large drink. I told him we didn’t want anything extra. We actually just wanted what we asked for and we wanted to leave. He said that well he was paying for our meal and that he hopes that we write a a review and that he will remember this I never asked the manager to pay for our food. I did not want to continue to go back-and-forth with him always simply want. It was the customer service to say I’m sorry that the app wasn’t working and that we will go ahead and make your quesadilla if you don’t mind waiting. The location was very dirty they did not attempt to clean until they saw that I was taking pictures.

  Please always visit the restaurant on Raeford Road. Friendly and with a smile. Location is clean. Parking is not good

  I decided to go ahead and give an updated review since this place has a lot of bad reviews. My order was correct the other night and I received enough meat and toppings. I also had napkins and utensils in my bag. There was no bad attitudes tonight. No excellent customer service either but I'm okay with that. Thanks for what was done.
