I ordered a coffee that wasn’t to my liking so I tried to get the attention of the girl that’s passing out the food, and she dead ignored me. And when she came back around after ignoring me she had this smirk on her face. All I had was a question that I didn’t wanna hold the line up for. But thanks to the gentleman that did help me. But management should really have a discussion with the young lady about her attitude.

The service when I went to the counter to get sauces (1st visit) and a refill on my beverage (2nd visit) was way below standard. There were several employees behind the counter, to include a leader - there was little to nothing happening at the counter except me. It took quite some time before someone finally helped me. This is not the service I am accustomed to at Chick-fil-A.

A frozen non gmo bun still in plastic a chicken sandwich with chez u can’t eat half of the chez is stuck to wrapper you put it in. I called and asked why didn’t you just put it in the non gmo bread they said they don’t make the sandwiches. Are you serious. And where are my pickles I paid for the chicken sandwich they come with pickles. I get ur mayo mustard crap we have to deal with but you have changed. You suck and I won’t be back. I pay you to make my sandwich. I will just eat at home and won’t have to worry about the poison in your ingredients anymore anyways. You use to be good. Everything starts out with good intentions. You no longer care about the consumer that keeps you in business. You might as well open up on Sunday. Do better, Jesus wouldn’t be proud of you and the ingredients you have chosen to switch to because you didn’t use to use them! Shame on you!!
