    I am so disappointed in this branch of Chick-fil-A. The millions of times I order through this store location, I have never had a bad experience. Well....guess my luck changed. 5 times I ordered through Uber Eats and each time, this store forgot my order of fries and nuggets. They also forgot my salad dressing, 3 times! I called the store, no person answered the phone nor returned the my voicemail I left. I spoke to an Uber Customer Service specialist and they refunded me as well as filed a complaint. Then my friend and I went there the other day and went through their drive thru. And guess what? After receiving our order...they forgot our fries and sauces, and gave us part of someone's order and gave ours to the other car who had driven off already. Come on Chick-fil-A! Isn't there someone checking and double checking all the orders before y'all seal the bags! Something is not jelling there! I understand...y'all get busy, but to get my order wrong several times...I practically order every week from y'all! I hope y'all take notes and fix this issue! "My pleasure!"

    It’s ridiculous to say you should drive thru for breakfast. The line takes a century to move, and then you get breakfast declined. You arrived at line 10:20, and it was 10:29, so only a minute had passed, and all the breakfast was gone. Get it together your sorry don’t fix it after waiting the time waited.

    The staff is soooooo rude here , second time we have dealt with a rude “young adult” They are not aware that people can hear them and how they act. Staff needs training. Maybe by the owner because the rude one tonight was a boy in a navy shirt (assuming it’s a manager)

    I've had issues with 2 out of my last 3 orders at this location going through the drive-through. These is the comment I left on the official Chick-fil-A website through contact us ___________________________________________________ In order number #330093833 I was missing the entire portion of the Jalapeño Ranch Club Sandwich w/ Grilled Filet Meal. I tried to file in app or online and it would kick me out and return. This was today. 12 days ago I was missing an item in order #330087355 and I was issued a voucher for only the sandwich though no part of the meal was eaten because the major part of the meal for that person was missing. This is 2 main course items missing in 2 weeks. I'm very dissatisfied in the recover reward for the item from 2 weeks ago and the current inability to reclaim any portion of the meal that I ordered today. A reward to redeem a single sandwich from the previous order does not suffice in terms of recovery from what was ordered. Out of 3 meals this month, 2 were missing main items when I went through the drive-through. Someone needs to review orders before they go out as this is way to consistent of an issue.
