  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We placed and paid for an online order and were given a specific pickup time. When we arrived, the employees were already cleaning and closing down the food line, even though the restaurant was not scheduled to close for another hour. The ingredients needed to prepare our order had already been put away or thrown out, and the employees did not even begin making the order until we arrived. It is understandable for employees to complete minor closing tasks before closing, but they should not break down the food line while the restaurant is still open and paid online orders are waiting to be fulfilled. The staff should have checked all pending orders before putting the food away. If something was unavailable, they should have contacted us and offered a substitution or refund. Instead, we left without the food we ordered and were told they could not refund us because it was an online order. Management needs to properly train the staff on customer service, handling online orders, and closing procedures. Customers should still be able to receive their paid orders during posted business hours. This entire situation was unacceptable.

  Went here for a door dash order, and sampled a piece of chicken. It was sooo good, I came back to order for my dinner. Other employees were nice and helpful for it being my first time eating here. Will be back. Thanks Q!!!!

  Trying Cava for the first time was nothing short of AMAZING. I was genuinely surprised that the flavors were so rich! My overall experience was really great. My exact order is Saffron rice Double taziki crazy feta cheese Grilled chicken Fire roasted corn Pickled onions Tomato and onion Tomato and cucumber Persian cucumbers Crumbled feta Pita crisps Balsamic vinegarette Garlic dressing Harissa bbq pita(this was amazing but I would prefer regular) Best bowl I've had!!!! I also got the lemonade and blueberry or lavender drink. 10/10

  Just left Cava, it was a great experience! Everybody was sweet and friendly! Special shoutout to the general manager who was so personable and funny. The restaurant was super clean, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. Keep up the amazing work !!

  We really like this place when we are looking for a healthy, Mediterranean meal. Nana and Tayrna (I think that's how you spell it) were very good at putting our orders together quickly. Also the general manager "Boss Lady" checked us out. She was super! Made us laugh and was just a joy to be around. We took our order to go this time, but it was still good. We really love being able to mix the drinks, too. Overall a good experience time and time again!
