  Quite disappointed with this location of the chain restaurant I've been to other locations, this one didsapointes me. My salad bowl was soaking in salad dressing. I got dropped on from a leaking A/C duct. .service was average at best. I struggled to hear what the server was saying at times.

  First time ever in CAVA.. and it was okay. You make the container to your liking. Price was not bad. The young lady who assisted me was very pleasant, patient, and informative.

  Had a great experience. Jenny and Yana were very helpful. Had a great conversation with Jenny after she made my bowl. Both girls were very knowledgeable about everything. Jenny even upsold me on getting a drink and a good combination she drinks. Will definitely be back.

  Today was me and my daughter’s second time coming to Cava. Our first experience was during the evening and the second was during the day.There is a major difference regarding service and experience between day and evening shifts. We enjoyed the day shift service better. We were offered the complimentary pita bread, a very informal experience, and the sauces were placed in cups rather than spread all over the bowl. We enjoyed that option because it allowed us to try the sauces to see if we liked them before pouring them into the bowl as Brandy had stated. The entire front line staff were very nice. Brandy, yanna, and I can’t remember the other 2 ladies name’s but they all provided exceptional service. Brandy went above and beyond serving the register, assisting customers, and filling the drink machine with ice. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back during the day shift.
