  I will start off by saying the waiter never smiled not once. Seemed extremely sad the entire time. But she was very patient when asked questions but seemed very irritated. Food took extremely long when the place was basically empty. Appetizer looked old and fried in old grease didn’t look appealing at all, forgot to get a picture. The pasta that I had was very very bland. I will not ever go again. I’ve been multiple times but we will not return after this. The good always disappoints. Only thing that was decent was the drink.

  Service was great. Food is exceptional but i always missed the chocolate cake that i like the most.

  We've been here a few times, and it's become our go-to restaurant for special occasions. We will continue to come back. The food quality is consistently phenomenal, and service is excellent. For our most recent dine-in, I ordered the fish, my wife ordered the chicken, and both were cooked perfectly. The server came by frequently to check on us, drinks were made well, and the appetizer, salads, and meal were timed out well. The only real drawback is the price tag, which is definitely a bit steep compared to other local restaurants. However there's a difference between expensive and overpriced, and in my opinion their higher price tag is justified by their much higher quality.

  Today was mine and my husbands 14 year wedding anniversary. we decided to take our kids to a very early dinner around 5. It has been great in the past and as expected it was near dead when we went so the atmosphere was nice and quiet and calm. This was the worst anniversary dinner we have had in 14 years hands down. 1st when we were sat the hostess led us to a booth. The bench seat was not even sat correctly on the wood frame. The seat was hanging off by half a foot and all the yuck food under it was exposed. I pointed out to the hostess that the seat was not ready for someone to sit on and off its base and she just walked away!! Leaving my kids standing while I had my husband try to help me PUT OUR SEAT TOGETHER ? Despite getting the cushion on the base the entire thing was falling apart so bad it literally seesaw wobbled. So I asked to be seated 1 booth over. She let us but exhibited that it annoyed her. 2nd Our waitress came over and asked if something was wrong.. I explained what had happened and said but its our anniversary so I am hoping to have a great dinner. SHE TOLD ME they are all aware of that tables condition and they tell the hostess to not seat it but she never listens!!!! soooooo stupidly we go on with the dinner. and of course run into multiple issues. #1 my salad when it arrived right away had visible pieces of disgusting pink and orange discolored bad lettuce in it everywhere ( it had no dressing as I planned to add that, so the lettuce was genuinely just gross and going bad ) so I asked to have it redone and the second salad was okay... # 2 when our meals arrived the rigatoni was topped with cold grilled chicken that we had paid the 4$ to add and the gentleman not our waitress ( ill explain that in a minute ) said oh I'll have it fixed. when he brought it back ,the chicken I showed him was lying on top in the same position and the entire bowl was so hot you almost could not handle it ( so they legit just microwaved the bowl 0.0 ) then there is the worst THE VERY WORST PART of the meal.!!! I had ordered a coffee but it was incredibly bitter and strong. I even tried to dilute it with hot water but it was bad. So I asked to just take off the coffee, but the waitress offered to have the bar make a cappuccino! sounded yummy, this was after we got the salad and before dinner came. when she brought the cappuccino and walked away, I took a big sip and immediately looked at my husband in HORROR. He asked me what was wrong and I said its sour!!! like cheese. Astonished, he took a sip and spit it out!!! the milk was so spoiled in it that it tasted like sour cream that was chunky!!!!. I was horrified and saw a meek lady standing in a different color shirt overlooking the dining floor. I asked her to help and she said she was the manager. WE told her what happened and she looked at it and went ew!!! its also bubbling funny. Sniffed it and looked disgusting said im so sorry and walked off with it. NEVER TO VISIT US AGAIN!!!!! even though she was the manager!!! then when dinner was brought it was a new server a man. Eventually our waitress returned. I tried explaining what happened with the cappuccino and she just brushed me off and said yah that's the bars issue they make those not me ( like I already knew that but I was giving context to why it was gone ) she cut me off and did not want to hear it and said," but anyways can I get you anything else." THAT WAS HOW it went. NO ONE CARED. no one cared that the seat was falling apart and could not even be sat at. no one cared that the salad was weird colors of spoiled. no one cared a 24$ meal was cold. and NO ONE CARED that they served us A SPOILED Rancid foamed coffee!!! NO ONE CARED if we had a good time or special day. The manager never came back or made anything right. It was a massive waste of ALOTTTTT of money and truly the meal was ruined ( they did remove the coffee from the bill lol ) we left and purchased dessert from fresh market, I highly recommend their bakery, and that you avoid this Carrabba's THE END
