- LSlillian sosna2 days ago1.0DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!! Thursday at 3 p.m. — 1 star. The manager had an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. I asked for two honey mustard sauces, and she became argumentative and yelled at me, insisting that I had only ordered one. When it was on my receipt that there was two. There was absolutely no reason for her to speak to me that way over something so simple. On top of the poor customer service, the chicken tasted like fish, and I found hairs in my food. Between the food quality and the way I was treated, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I will NOT be returning!
- DDDavidAug 29, 20261.0I want to hear the other day and decided to order some chicken, I waited at the counter for a while with nobody even acknowledging I was there. Finally, somebody looked like an manager, an older white gentleman walked by me with not acknowledging me at all, and went to the bathroom without saying anything to me as he walked by. I waited a few more minutes and I asked other people that were in there about the service. They said they didn’t know, but it seemed like nobody cared and it was really slow. So I left and went to the one on Ramsey Street, so much better service. I was very happy to have gone down the road. The difference was night and day on the service and the food was excellent.

This is the second time we've gotten dry, bland chicken and biscuits from this location. The biscuits also tasted like someone didn't mix the dough properly-very bitter tasting, and no butter brushed on top. Rice and beans were ok, but also had minimal seasoning.

Companies are going to lose business this way and this one is off my list of places to go again
- TGTwyla GreenAug 1, 20261.0Drive through. One car in front waiting. Directed to pull forward and wait as well. She stated the wait was for French fries. Asked for honey. When the food was finally brought out, I asked if the honey was in the bag. The young man said yes. I checked, no honey. Also received macaroni and cheese instead of the French fries I'd requested, and supposedly was waiting on. On my way in the restaurant, I met the same young man and pointed out there was no honey in the bag, he shrugged. I also stated I received the wrong side. He brought me fries and some honey. The food was far from warm given the wait, and the staff could use some pointers on customer service. They did correct the food order, for which I'm grateful.
