  TLDR; Show up hungry, leave hungry. Go to the drive thru this morning with a simple breakfast order. Asked to pull forward and wait. Sit there for 10 mins before going inside. Employees just standing around, don’t know how to acknowledge a customer. Food still not ready. What a surprise. Have to leave at this point because now you’re making me late for a meeting. Thanks!

  This location is clean with a 100% score but the crew is 0/10 This is the SECOND day in a row where they have forgotten items from my order and when I walked in it was the same crew as yesterday. Either find some competent employees or shut this location down. Forgetting food twice in a row is unacceptable ESPECIALLY after working an 8 hour shift and going home to feed your kids and finding items missing. Please retrain your employees or find another crew that can read a screen or receipt.

  This has to be a joke… right? I know bojangles has been a victim of shrinkflation, but none of the bojangles in the Charlotte/gastonia area have chicken that is thin like this location has.

  I usually have my dinners correct. Tonight at 7:45pm they are out of wings. Is that normal? I'm just asking. No I didn't want anything else. I don't know about this location. It will be awhile before I come back to this location.

  I’m not sure if they have a new manager or what but all the sudden I can’t get the order I always ordered and the customer service has gone down. It’s 8:00pm 4/13/26. I always order Bo rounds with my chicken but tonight I was told while she was laughing about something that “there are no more Bo rounds for tonight”. That’s lazy. They could’ve just cooked a few Bo rounds. I mean it is your job and I’m not new to the restaurant. Even if a person orders a sausage biscuit, they were supposed to make it. I guess there aren’t anymore biscuits for tonight either? Oh and a 25 minute wait for cold chicken.
